Physicals - Any students participating in athletics need to have a physical completed and turned into the office before they can begin to practice. Fall sports practices begin August 10th.  The following students need a physical exam by a doctor for the 2020-2021 School year:

Incoming Kindergarten

Incoming 7th Graders

Incoming 9th Graders, if participating in sports

Students grades 9-12 participating in sports who did not participate during the 2019-2020 school year.

The Nebraska School Activities Association has decided that due to the demands of COVID-19 on the health care system, a sports physical from the 2019-20 school year will be valid for the 2020-21 school year. This is a one year exemption only and DOES NOT include the incoming 9th graders.

Immunizations - Nebraska Law requires all incoming kindergarten and 7th grade students and anyone transferring from out-of-state to have a physical as well as up to date vaccinations.  If you have any questions, please call the school. 308-583-2249
