Fees: Parents/Guardians can pay for lunch online if they wish. Once registration begins, students in grades K-12 will be able to pay online on the school website.
Grade 6-12 iPad insurance: $35
Grade 6-12 registration fee: $25
Grade 9-11 class dues: $10
Breakfast: PK-5 $1.00 Grades 6-12 $1.00
Lunch: Grades K-5 $3.15/day Grades 6-12 $3.65/day
Grades K-2 Snack Milk: $22.50/quarter

PK Open House:
Monday, August 11th, 5:30-6:00 - AM preschool children
Tuesday, August 12th, 5:30-6:00 - PM preschool children
Kindergarten Orientation: Monday, August 18th @ 6:30. We’ll reveal kindergarten classes, tour rooms, and hold the kindergarten orientation meeting.
Elementary Open House (1st-5th grades): The Elementary School will host its annual Open House on Monday, August 11th @ 6:30pm.
6-12th Grade Registration: Online registration: Parents will be able to fill out paperwork online at Students and parents may also email Mr. Cantrell with any questions about class schedules mcantrell@wrrsd.org. Class changes need to be made before August 19th.
6th Grade Orientation: Tuesday, August 5th @ 6:00pm Students will get a feel for the 6th grade by finding their homerooms, meeting their teachers, and getting acquainted with their iPads. If you have any questions, please call the Middle/High School 308-583-2249
New Middle/High School Students: We ask new students and parents to make individual appointments to register. Please call 308-583-2249 to arrange a time.
iPADs - All K-12 students will have an iPad checked out to them. MS/HS students will receive their iPads during their first period class. K-5 students will keep their iPads at school.
Sports and Activities - Students planning to take part in sports or non-athletic interscholastic activities such as speech, drama, and music are reminded that the student participation and parental approval form must be signed and returned before participation This is included in the registration forms, handbook forms, physical forms, and drug testing forms and can be filled out online.
Physicals - Any students participating in athletics need to have a physical completed and turned into the office before they can begin to practice. Fall sports practices begin August 11th. The following students need a physical exam by a doctor for the 2025-2026 School year:

Students grades 8-12 participating in sports.
New Students from out of state/country
Immunizations - Nebraska Law requires all incoming kindergarten and 7th grade students and anyone transferring from out-of-state to have a physical as well as up to date vaccinations. If you have any questions, please call the school. 308-583-2249
