Wood River Families
At Wood River, we are proud of the extraordinary events and programs we have, and these achievements are no accident. Recently, we celebrated our holiday event, the Polar Express, and our Middle and High Schools held a Leader in Me Lighthouse Review (we hope to hear the results soon). Additionally, the Elementary School participated in the Cognia national accreditation review, while our students made remarkable academic progress.
This success is a collective effort; no one person can claim all the credit. It truly takes a village to provide an excellent education. We are especially thankful for our dedicated staff, including teachers, paraprofessionals, cooks, janitorial and maintenance staff, administrative assistants, bus drivers, technology coordinators, and school board members who work tirelessly behind the scenes.
We are especially appreciative of our parents, volunteers, and supportive community members. Together, we create an environment that ensures our students receive the best education possible.
As always, please feel free to reach out to our school or me personally,
tzessin@wrrsd.org with any questions, comments or concerns.
Please have a wonderful time with your family and friends during this time of Thanksgiving.
