Eagle Families,
This last week was yet another big week of events. This week is FFA Week. We are extremely proud of our FFA program led by Miss. Kiley Codner and assistant Christy Burnett. There are many active participants engaged in a wide range of agricultural learning opportunities, including livestock management and judging, plant and food science, and career development. Currently, all high schoolers are required to take Introduction to Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources. This course provides an overview of all aspects of agriculture. Agriculture has an enormous impact on our school district, county, state, nation, and world, and it is imperative that our students have knowledge and pride in their agricultural background. This week, we will celebrate the impact of agriculture with a week of inspiration led by our FFA program.
Here are a few of the activities to bring attention to our Ag program. Please see the weekly schedule for this week's themed dress-up days.
