Good evening, Wood River Families.
Here is the regular weekly newsletter for the end of the school year. It's amazing how fast the year goes. I understand that some think it is too slow, while others think it is too fast. Today, we said goodbye to our seniors, the Class of 2026. They have left a legacy for other students to follow. Their impact will be felt for years to come.
With just two days left, middle/high school students will take finals. The elementary school will enjoy a cool field day tomorrow. Then, on Tuesday, we will see the talents of many of our students at the district talent show held at the high school. Following a grilled lunch, our high school students will pair with elementary students and participate in several outdoor games. We will end the school day at the regularly schedule time.
I hope you have found the weekly newsletter beneficial; if not, I would appreciate your feedback on whether to continue it or change it. Please email me directly at tzessin@wrrsd.org.
Have a wonderful summer,
Terry
