Kaitlyn received Grand champion Junior Model and will represent Buffalo county at the State Fair. Kaitlyn sewed her outfit and created her top from her own pattern.
Jenna modeled at the Hall County Fashion Show and will model at the State Fair too.

The Varsity went 16-4 in the A/B division pool play, to earn a spot in the gold tourney. They were beat by Kearney Catholic and ended 4th out of 18 teams.
The JV went 18-2 in the D division pool play and were the number one seed in the tourney. They lost in the semifinals.

Wood River will be competing against other Hall County schools in a watermelon eating contest during the Hall County Fair. Contest is July 23rd at 2 PM at the 5 Points Bank Arena. Come cheer on our students!
6th Grade Orientation will be Tuesday, August 9th @ 6 - 7 PM. All incoming 6th Grade students and parents are welcome. Meet in the theater. Students will get schedules, meet teachers / staff, see classrooms, and get technology training / check out.
