Busy high school today. We hosted the LouPlatte Conference Choral Clinic and Concert, Band Clinic and Concert and Art Show. We also had a special art clinic from the Happy Brush for art students to learn from. The day a not complete until the Winter Ball Dance is over tonight.

Big Day for the Wood River Art Students and Mrs. Wiseman at the LouPlatte Conference Art Show! Faith Parlin took home the overall best of show with her Jellyfish photo creation. Wood River earned overall top Conference Art Honors. Congratulations to the students and especially Mrs. Wiseman in her last year. Winter Ball will be held on Saturday, March 20, from 7:00-11:00pm. Royalty will be crowned at 7:30pm. Winter Ball candidates are, front row, left to right, Kiernan Paulk, Baylie Codner, Sage Gideon, Keely Wiese, and Boston Boucher; and back row, Cade Huxtable, Devin Jepson, Tristan Fischer, and Austin Buettner. The public is welcome to attend. Social distancing and masks are required.
