Today the elementary Community Service Leadership Team showed their leadership skills at Stick Creek Kids. They read books and helped the kids with group activities. They did a great job representing our district! 🦅

Our seniors had the opportunity to explore career options today. Special thanks to the Hastings Police Department, Mary Lanning Healthcare, and Small Town Famous for hosting us.

Last week, the dual credit Applied Statistics class gathered data on lunch order times in Grand Island. After their analysis, it was determined that while some people had an extra 7 minute wait, we had zero outliers and no times were significantly fast nor slow in our sample.

🎈The 4th graders celebrated Nebraska's 159th birthday by baking and decorating cookies! 🎈

The Wood River freshman class visited Concordia University in Seward and Champion Homes in York today and explored post secondary options to consider pursuing.

Mrs. Martin's 1st grade kicked off Read Across America week with a very special guest reader!

Golf will also be in full swing on Monday as we will have our first Player Meeting. Band is where we will keep parents and players updated so please join if you have not done so. Parent Meeting will also be on Wednesday at 6pm.

We are honored to attend the Dallas LIM Symposium as we receive our Lighthouse School recognition. The first Middle School/High School in the state of Nebraska! We want to give a heartfelt shoutout to our incredible staff who work tirelessly with our students every single day. This recognition belongs to you and all of our students. We were thrilled to lead a breakout session at the Dallas Leader in Me Symposium, where we had the opportunity to share with fellow secondary schools about LIM.
