What a great day of learning, collaboration, and connection with our staff! With the freezing temps, we warmed things up with a Soup Cook-Off. After lots of “taste-testing,” the overall winner was Mr. Schlueter’s cheesy mushroom and rice soup. Great food, great people, and a great day! 🍲

The Wood River & Shelton Teammates Mentors were recognized at halftime of the Girls Basketball game for the impact they have on our communities' youth. Thank you to everyone who spends time building relationships with our students! 🦅

6th graders welcomed Kylee Griesen, Hastings Middle School Counselor and therapy dog, Ralphie on Monday. This was a great way to begin our new Unit 2 studying perspectives of how animals and people relate to one another.

Today Peg Heise came and taught the third graders about the solar system. The third graders got to enjoy a presentation on the Sun, Moon, and Planets. They also got to complete hands-on stations and breakout rooms!

The bowlers will be in action on Thursday, as they host Lincoln Pius at Westside Lanes. 🎳
