Wood River One Act had a great day at One Act in Elm Creek today! The cast and crew is off to Holdrege tomorrow. Some of our leadership action teams did a lot of planning and work towards our district wide Veteran's Day celebration. Many people made it possible with a wonderful breakfast, posters, decorations, speaking, pictures, music, technology, streaming. Hopefully our honored guests felt some appreciation for choosing to serve our country in the military. Thank you.

We will have 1 practice before Christmas Break on December 16th. Practices will then start up again after Christmas on January 6th. Practices will be Tuesdays and Thursdays with PreK-2nd Grade from 6-6:45 and 3rd- 8th Grade from 6:45-8 PM.

On Friday, November 21st, the WRE Student Lighthouse Team, Wood River Rural Schools, and several community sponsors will be hosting the Wood River Express Family Night! Families will travel Wood River by bus, making stops at the Elementary School and Community Center. Help make the night a bit more festive by decorating early for the holidays! It looks to be a fantastic weekend, so take advantage of the great weather and put those decorations up! 🎄

The school will then send in one form for ALL tickets in order to get the seats together. The tickets will then be transferred to your email account. FORMS & CHECKS MUST BE SENT TO THE SCHOOL BY DEC 8, 2025.
