Rose and Lila are competing at the State Journalism competition today in Norfolk! The awards ceremony starts at 1:30 pm and will be live streamed on News Channel Nebraska (NCN) https://northeast.newschannelnebraska.com/watch

We are only 1 week away from the close of yearbook sales! Friday, May 1st, is the last day to purchase the 2025-2026 yearbook. If you still want to purchase, it's not too late! Find a yearbook rep or Mr. Johnson to purchase yours today! Bundles are available, just ask!

Senior scholarship fundraiser still has some extra plants available for purchase and pick up today. Pots and baskets will be sold at the list price. Other individual plants, please give a donation to the senior class, but come pick what you would like, as we don't want these plants to go to waste.

Boys track finishes as runner-ups at the Palmer Invite today. Madden Brabec wins outstanding Male Athlete for the meet with golds in Pole Vault, 110H, and 4x100.

The Eagles Golf Team brought in a season low at the Gibbon Invite today shooting a 363 which was good enough to take 3rd Place. Golfers also took home some hardware in the individuals! Congrats to Peytin finishing 5th with a 84, Jeremy 6th with a 85, and Kalvin 13th with a 89!

Here are results from the Midwest track classic in Gothenburg. Highlights were Madden Brabec winning Pole Vault 14’10”, 4x100 boys running a 43.80 relay to tie the school record. Jace Martin ran 51.22 in the 400m for 2nd place. Hector Bonilla ran 10:21 for a personal best and silver in the 3200m. Our girls 4x100 ran a season best 51.91, for the 10th fastest team in school history. Tenley Gewecke had a personal best in long jump for 6th and Atley Branec had a personal best in Triple Jump for 5th.

The Golf Team took on the Adams Central Invite at Southern Hills today! We fell short in the team race, but the guys improved their scores on this course by a massive 40 strokes over last year! Huge congrats to our low Eagle, Preston Ammon, for carding a season-low 90!

Mothers Day is just around the corner. We have 5 max planters, 8 patio planters, and 8 hanging baskets available for purchase. Help support the seniors! Drop by the theatre entrance by 1 pm today or from 8-3:30 tomorrow.

🎶 The District Music Contest is happening at Elm Creek High School on Wednesday! Our Eagle band and vocal students will be showcasing their hard work; come support these incredibly talented student-musicians from across the region as they perform! Good luck everyone! 🎺🎤

Senior flowers are here for pick up until 12:30 pm today or from 8 am - 5:30 tomorrow. We have extras available of planter pots and plants.
