It's that time! Summer Baseball/Softball registrations are now being accepted - forms & money are due back to the school offices by Wednesday, March 15th! Forms will be sent home with WRE students on Friday, 3/3 - registration forms will also be available at the MS/HS office to pick up, if interested.

The 4th graders celebrated by baking, decorating, and eating Husker cookies!


We are headed to the championship! We beat Barr 41-14 and then we faced Northwest 8th grade in a rematch of our loss last Thursday. This time though we came out victorious 56-51 in an overtime thriller. We play Westridge Thursday at 6:45 for the championship. GO EAGLES!


Congratulations to Caleb Paulk for being selected to play in the 2023 Nebraska Shrine Bowl!


The All-Sports Award Ceremony is schedules for May 15 at 6:30. The ceremony will take place in the Theater.

Reminder that the Spring Sports Parent meeting is scheduled for March 6 at 6:00. Meet in the Main gym.

Speech traveled to Centura for the last regular meet of the season. Eva G placed 1st in Humorous and 4th in Serious. Joseph C placed 9th in Humorous. Jaelyn P placed 12th in Serious and 9th in POI. Matilda G earned top novice in Serious.


It was a great day of Robotics for 8th-11th grades at Wood River High School today! Thanks to the NE National Guard for sharing with WR Eagle Students! Excited to see our local youth become the Engineers, Scientists and Technology Leaders of tomorrow!

We've had a group of educators at a Leader in Me Conference getting inspiration from other Leader in Me Schools the last couple of days. #7Habits #greatthingshappening


Middle school boys basketball battled hard tonight at Northwest. C and B played their best games of the year against some tough competition. The A Team fought hard but fell 37-43. Thankfully we get a rematch next Tuesday at Westridge Tournament. Please come cheer. GO EAGLES!

As a Leader In Me school, we encourage the elementary students to take on leadership roles. Today, we spotlight the Community Service group. This group organizes projects that benefit the community including Socktober, Christmas cards, and a canned food drive!
