As a Leader In Me school, we encourage the elementary students to take on leadership roles. Today, we are spotlighting the Lunchroom Helpers. One of their jobs is prepare pictures of the menu items that are displayed for the younger students who can’t read the menu yet!

The Wood River Girls Wrestling team will be competing in District action at Lincoln Southeast on Fri, Feb 3 and Sat, Feb 4. Good Luck Ladies!!

The Wood River Basketball teams will be back in action for their second round games in the LouPlatte Conference Tournament. The boys play Doniphan-Trumbull on Thur, Feb 2 at 6:00 in Central City. The girls play Gibbon on Fri, Feb 3 at 6:00 in Wood River.

Great win tonight for middle school boys basketball A team vs St Paul! Levi Johnson lead the way in scoring including a clutch corner 3 to put us ahead under a minute to go. B and C teams lost but continue to learn and grow as well. GO EAGLES!
