Adrian cracked the 5 minute mark with a PR of 4:57 in the 1600. He then ran a 2:15 800 less than an hour later. Preston PR'd in the 3200 with an 11:24. 4x800 team ran a season best time of 9:32. Harry jumped 39'11.5" in the triple jump. Full results at https://bit.ly/41CALr2
