Wood River-Shelton middle school girls “A” basketball team defeats Doniphan Trumbull 38-24 to complete a undefeated season. This marks the second consecutive undefeated season for the “ A” team.

Congratulations to our 5th grade spelling bee champion, Evelyn Nelms. Kinsley Davis was the runner up. Evelyn will represent Wood River Elementary at the Hall County Spelling Bee on January 18th.
First night of our Art display was a huge success. If you haven’t had a chance to view the creative works of our students, there is still time. The display will be up through the evening of December 20, for the band concert.
