Covid update 9/27. Although our Covid numbers are lower we still have lots of stomach bug cases going around. Remember that you must be 24 hours free of vomiting/diarrhea before returning to school.

Family Health & Fitness Day is tomorrow, September 25th. This is a great day to try a new activity as a family. Other ideas are to go for a walk or bike ride, try a new vegetable at meal time, or opt for water instead of a sugary drink.
