You can feel the excitement for American Education Week at WRE this morning! Mr. Zessin spoke about the importance of an education and we played birthday games since our elementary building is 40 years old this year.

Seventeen WR Performing Arts students and alumni had the opportunity to watch the musical Hamilton at the Orpheum Theater in Omaha on Wednesday evening. Experiencing theater at the professional level is an integral part of growing our own program!

The FFA did a great job organizing and leading the Veterans Day program today. Thanks to the choir for singing. Thanks to our speakers and all of the Veterans that attended. We greatly appreciate your service and sacrifice.
The 5th graders led the Veterans Day program to honor those who served our country.
I think it's important to share our Covid numbers for today. We have seen an increase in our positive cases as well as our exposures this week. This is a trend that is consistent with other schools in our community. It will be important to keep ourselves healthy and stay home if we are sick.
We encourage anyone experiencing symptoms to please consult with your health care provider.

Registration for Youth Club Wrestling PK-8th will close on Friday the 12th. Use the following link to register, return paper registration forms and payement to either school office.
