Family Health & Fitness Day is tomorrow, September 25th. This is a great day to try a new activity as a family. Other ideas are to go for a walk or bike ride, try a new vegetable at meal time, or opt for water instead of a sugary drink. The weather looks wonderful so get outside and enjoy it!
