GIRLS GOLF- Attention all Parents: MONDAY MAY 20th there will be a parent meeting to gauge the interest in potentially adding Girls Golf as a fall sport option for our students. We will meet in the HIGH SCHOOL COMMONS to go over some information about the potential program.
It is tough to watch it come to an end... Today the Eagles ended their Golf Season at the C-4 District. They were in some high company in terms of scores as 10th place and a ticket to state took an 80. Reid Graves finished with an 89 for the eagles low. Thank you so much seniors!

This Saturday Jace Stewart and Brielle Zessin competed at the Junior High State Track Meet in Gothenburg. Jace qualified in the 100 and 200 and Brielle qualified in the shot put and discus. They both finished in the top 24 in the state in their events. Congratulations on a great season!
Tuesday the Eagles Golfers are off to compete in the C-4 District Golf Tournament. Good Luck Eagles!
The K-5 Elementary Field Day will be held on Monday, May 20th ~ 10:00-2:30pm. The Rain Date will be on Tuesday, May 21st, at the same time. All the events will be held on or around the track and football field at Wood River Rural High School. We would like spectators to remain in the bleachers & off the football field, where activities will take place.
A concession stand will open with Pizza Hut personal pan pizzas/drink combos available for $7.
Students may leave the Field Day with their parents when their events are complete. CHILDREN MUST BE CHECKED OUT WITH THE CLASSROOM TEACHER BEFORE LEAVING SCHOOL GROUNDS. The After School Program will be available this day; bus routes will also run on their normal schedule.

It's official, Courtney Dimmitt is Burke Bound! Her Shot Put throw of 37'9" was the 1st at-large qualifying mark in Class C. 2x qualifier now, both years as an at-large.
Boys 4x100 (Madden, Beau, Adrian, Harry, and Ikaiah -alternate) win districts with a time of 44.24!
