Today wrapped up our Jr. Eagle Golf Camp. Thanks to all that came out. Thank you so much to Centura Hills Golf Course for allowing us to come out and host our Wood River Camp! It was so much fun and we look forward to next year!

✍🏼 Registration is now open for the Elementary After School Program. The ASP accepts students in grades K-5, and operates every school day, unless there is an early dismissal. Students can work on homework 📝, have a snack 🍎, be involved with some amazing enrichment programs ⭐️, and best of all, transportation 🚍 is provided back to Alda at 5:30pm for students who need it. The first day of ASP will be Monday, August 18th, so please plan accordingly for the first week of school.

The Music Boosters will be meeting to get organized for the year. If you are a parent of a music or fine arts student, we would love if you can join us. We'll be looking for helpers to provide meals during band camp as well as to help throughout the year with different events and activities.
It's not too late to get signed up for Golf Camp. Camp will be held July 17th and 18th and transportation from the school will be provided. See attachment for more information.

Dear Spain travelers,
I feel very honored that your families trusted me to take you thousands of miles from home to places most of them have never been. I got to see the amazement on your faces when you saw things you had never seen and tried new things for the first time. I know how lucky I was to share these experiences with you. I wanted you to have an incredible time with no regrets, and be brave. You were adventurous but not irresponsible. You didn’t let opportunities pass you by, but didn’t take unnecessary risks. You were gracious to your guides and all of the people in the places we visited. You showed respect, interest, and appreciation. I hope the trip enriched your lives and gave you memories that you will revisit again and again in the future. I also hope the experiences and knowledge you gained will help you create connections in future learning opportunities. You demonstrated a level of maturity and responsibility beyond most people your age by challenging yourself to take on the unknown. I hope you had the trip of a lifetime and it opened your minds to more great possibilities. 2nd day of cheer camp and we are beyond proud of everything they accomplished. We received ribbons for our cheer routine and our dance routine. We had Kade Melgaard, Liza Green, and Mila Alvarez qualify for the All American team. Lastly, Matilda Green received a ribbon for her outstanding leadership! #goeagles
