"Tribunal de las Aguas" is where agricultural workers have met for 1000 years (and still continues) every Thursday to discuss water use and what decisions need to be made to protect the resources. It's almost like the Department of Agriculture or the NRD..

Spain travelers enjoyed a tapas tour for dinner. They are small appetizers to share that became popular after waiters placed a small plate on top of glasses to keep insects out. They later began filling them with food.

WRRS & OPAA! will be offering FREE Breakfast & Lunch for any child, aged 18 & under to take home from June 22-August 1. Children do not need to qualify for the Free/Reduced Lunch Program or even be students of Wood River Schools! Children will be required to sign up, to help with food preparation. Meals will be picked up from the Wood River Elementary Cafeteria 1-2 times a week. Children MUST come on the pick up day and be accompanied by an adult to make sure food is properly refrigerated, once it leaves the school. There will be a set menu for each day of the week, and those menus will remain the same for the duration of the program. For example, Tuesdays may be a Cheeseburger, and Fridays may be a PB & J sandwich each week. Breakfast menus will run in a similar fashion. The USDA is providing this summer meal option to reach students in rural areas; this new program will be similar to what was done during Pandemic feeding in 2020. We invite you to fill out the form below, so we can gauge interest in the community. Once we have a feel for participation numbers, we will be able develop a plan for food distribution. PLEASE RESPOND BY FRIDAY, JUNE 6TH: https://freemeals.paperform.co
