
Starting next Tuesday, July 14th, we will be having Open Mats for wrestling. This is open to Middle School and High School. We will have open mats every Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm-8pm at the high school wrestling deck. Younger kids make sure to bring a partner your size!

Boys youth camps begin Monday July 13 at 9 am. We will meet in the gym for introductions and camp procedures!

Volleyball Open Gyms for girls in incoming 5th-8th grade, will be on the following Wednesdays in July....the 8th, 15th and 22nd from 5:30-7:00 in the main gym at the high school. A waiver will need to be completed before anyone may participate(even if you completed one for strength training). No exceptions! We will have copies available the first night for parents to complete.

Beginning July 7th, and every Tuesday in July there will be Volleyball Open Gym for girls in grades 5th-8th from 3:30-4:45 in the main gym at the high school.

Phase 2 starts Monday June 22nd! 6:30am HS boys, 7:30am HS girls, 8:30am MIddle School athletes!

Reminder to all Wood River Students: Physicals are required for all Incoming 7th and 9th graders. NSAA will allow last years physicals for all other classes for this school year 2020-2021.

Tomorrow June 1st is the first day of Strength and Speed training for student athletes! Be sure to look at your scheduled time to train that I sent out last week through Teambuildr. If you’re not sure or didn’t get a copy be sure to email me and let me know! Everyone is to bring their own water bottle. No drinking fountains will be available.
